Bows

All our bows are handmade and are thoroughly quality checked before being shipped. However, please keep in mind that our bows are handmade, therefore slight imperfections that do not compromise the overall aesthetics or functionality will occur. 

We do not accept returns if and when... 

• You have changed your mind about the item you have brought, so please choose carefully. Please contact us if you have any questions about an item before ordering or paying. 

• On small imperfections that occur during the handmade process. We take the upmost pride in the quality of our bows and would not send out a bow that we deem to be faulty or damaged. 

 We do accept returns if.... 

• Your product is faulty (has arrived damaged and therefore unwearable). Please contact us first so we can assess how to resolve the issue. Should a refund/exchange be granted please return your item within 30 days from the date your bow was shipped. We recommend that all faulty items are returned to us via tracked shipping. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of returned shipping. Original shipping costs are not refundable. We are not responsible for any returned items lost during shipping. 

• We have sent the wrong item to you. Please contact us and return your item within 30 days from the date your bow was shipped, All items must be returned in an unused and resale condition, with the tags still attached. Any returns which are received damaged and unsellable due to customer negligence will not be refunded or exchanged.

Should a refund/exchange be granted please return your item within 30 days from the date your item was shipped. We recommend that all faulty items are returned to us via tracked shipping. • You wish to change the size. All items must be returned for an exchange in an unused and resale condition, with the tags still attached and no make up around the neck line. Any items which are received back to us damaged and unsellable due to customer negligence will not be exchanged. Please contact us and return your item for an exchange within 30 days from the date your item was shipped.

• We recommend that all items for an exchange are returned to us via tracked shipping. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of returned shipping and we are not responsible for any returned items lost during shipping. If an exchange is accepted, you will then be invoiced for the outbound postage.

• Please contact us before requesting an exchange so we can check that we have a size available for you.
